This Privacy Policy describes how TJ Cabrera (“Developer,” “I,” “me”) handles information in connection with SSMinMax and ssminmax.app. The short version: the App collects no personal data and sends nothing off your device.
SSMinMax has no telemetry, no analytics, and no network activity whatsoever. Everything it does happens locally on your Mac. Your usage of the App is not tracked in any way.
1 · The App
SSMinMax collects no personal information. The App does not connect to the internet, does not transmit usage data, and includes no analytics or crash-reporting SDKs of any kind. Every function the App performs — detecting Dock icon interactions, toggling window states — is handled entirely on your device using macOS system APIs.
No information generated by the App ever leaves your Mac.
2 · macOS Accessibility API
SSMinMax requires macOS Accessibility API access, which you grant explicitly in System Settings. This access is used solely to observe Dock interactions and manage window visibility on your local machine. The Developer has no visibility into data accessed through this permission, as none of it is transmitted anywhere.
3 · The Website (ssminmax.app)
The Site is hosted on Cloudflare’s infrastructure. As standard operating procedure for any web host, Cloudflare may process server-level request data — including IP addresses, browser user-agent strings, referring URLs, and page request metadata — for the purposes of routing, performance, and security. This processing is governed by Cloudflare’s Privacy Policy.
The Developer does not use advertising trackers, social media pixels, third-party analytics scripts (such as Google Analytics), or any cookies of its own on the Site.
4 · Purchases via Lemon Squeezy
SSMinMax is sold through Lemon Squeezy. When you purchase the App, your payment information — including name, email address, and billing details — is entered directly on Lemon Squeezy’s platform and is governed solely by Lemon Squeezy’s Privacy Policy. The Developer does not have access to your payment or billing information.
The Developer may receive your email address from Lemon Squeezy for the purpose of delivering your purchase and providing support. This email address is not shared with any third party and is not added to any marketing list without your explicit consent.
5 · Support Emails
If you contact the Developer by email, your email address and the contents of your message are retained only for the purpose of responding to your inquiry. This information is not shared with third parties and is not used for any purpose beyond support.
6 · Children’s Privacy
SSMinMax is not directed at children under the age of 13. The Developer does not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information to the Developer, please contact tjcabrera88@gmail.com and it will be deleted promptly.
7 · California Residents (CCPA)
Under the California Consumer Privacy Act, California residents have the right to know what personal information is collected, to request deletion, and to opt out of the sale of personal information. Given that SSMinMax collects no personal information through the App, and that the Site collects only standard infrastructure-level data processed by Cloudflare, there is minimal personal information subject to these rights.

8 · Changes to This Policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time to reflect changes in practices or applicable law. When changes are made, the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page will be revised. Continued use of the App or Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
