SSMinMax is a digital software product delivered immediately upon purchase. Because digital goods cannot be “returned,” all sales are generally final. That said, the Developer stands behind the App — if it doesn’t work as described, there’s a clear path to a refund.
General Policy
SSMinMax is sold as a one-time digital purchase through Lemon Squeezy. Given that the App is delivered and accessible immediately after payment, refunds are not offered for a change of mind or because the feature set did not meet expectations beyond what is described on the product page.
7-Day Goodwill Window
If SSMinMax does not function as described and the issue cannot be resolved through support, a full refund may be issued at the Developer’s discretion within 7 days of your purchase date.
SSMinMax fails to perform its core function (minimizing and restoring windows via Dock icon clicks) on your Mac, you have granted the required Accessibility API permission, and the issue cannot be resolved after contacting support.
Not eligible for a refund
- Change of mind after purchase
- Denial of Accessibility API permission required for the App to function
- Incompatibility with macOS versions not listed as supported on the product page
- Requests made more than 7 days after the purchase date
- Purchases made by a third party on your behalf
How to Request a Refund
- Email tjcabrera88@gmail.com with the subject line “Refund Request.”
- Include your Lemon Squeezy order number or receipt email and a brief description of the issue you experienced.
- The Developer will respond within 2 business days and may attempt to resolve the issue first. If resolution is not possible, a refund will be issued.
- Refunds are processed through Lemon Squeezy and typically appear within 3–5 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.
